Spacious and comfortable timbered character cottage dating from 1876 located 3km from the village of Le Manoir in the Seine valley and just 20km from Rouen and 80km from the coast. The property commands splendid views over the Seine Valley and is surrounded by extensive enclosed grounds with covered veranda, garden furniture, BBQ, table tennis and table football.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
