Traditional, spacious country house dating from 1870 located in the tiny hamlet of Fierville Les Parcs (135 inhabitants) in the Pays d'Auge region of Calvados. The cottage has its own enclosed lawned garden and is only 16km from the seaside. Pont L'Eveque is 7km away and the property is surrounded by peaceful countryside.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating, including water heating, will be charged at cost. Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating, water heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
