The cottage has its own enclosed grounds with sun terrace and garden furniture. There is a private tennis court on site. The property is surrounded by beautiful, peaceful countryside and is located only 30km from Caen and 45km from the seaside.

Utility charges and heating are in addition to the rental and are charged at 23 Euros per week from May to September, 38 Euros per week in April, September and October and 53 Euros per week during the rest of the year. Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for utilities and firewood are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
