Comfortable semi-detached cottage located in the pretty "village fleuri" of Forest L'Abbaye at the mouth of Crécy Forest 13km from Abbéville, 18km from the seaside, 21km from Le Crotoy and 105km from Calais. The cottage has its own enclosed courtyard and sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and an extensive well tended garden shared with the owners.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week are included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 153 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
