Pretty detached villa superbly located in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul de sac in the fishing village of Gavres in the Gulf of Morbihan right on the end of a peninsula surrounded by beaches. The villa is only 300 metres from the nearest beach and 200 metres from the local shops and has its own sun terrace and enclosed garden with garden furniture.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Gas and electricity charges are in addition to the rental. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 250 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros (about 20/30 pence) per adult per day.
