Pretty little south facing seaside villa located on a quiet residential estate in Argélés Sur Mer just 500m from the beach. The villa has its own small garden and sun terrace with garden furniture and parking.

FIRST FLOOR

Open plan mezzanine bedroom with two single beds

Electricity charges are in addition to the rental. Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels with them. Blankets and pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.50 Euros per person per day. There is a compulsory insurance charge of £15.00 payable at the time of the reservation.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
