Detached 18th century character thatched cottage located 3km from the village of Gonneville sur Scie and only 12km south of Dieppe and 15km from the beach. The cottage is surrounded by it own enclosed shady garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Farm produce may be bought nearby.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 305 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
