Modern semi-detached south facing cottage located in the hamlet of Maisons (308 inhabitants) in the Bessin region of Calvados only 4km from the seaside and 4km from Bayeux. The cottage has an enclosed courtyard with sun terrace and shares a lawned garden with one Chambres d'Hôtes offered by the owner from her home next door. There is one other cottage on site.

Utility charges are included in the rental. Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.50 Euros per person per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
