Spacious and very comfortable semi-detached character cottage dating from 1870 and located on an extensive country estate on the outskirts of the rural hamlet of Goustranville (320 inhabitants) just 7km from Dozule, 9km from Cabourg and the seaside and 20km from Caen. The cottage has its own sun terrace and unfenced garden with picnic table and shares the parkland of the estate with donkeys and ponies for the children.

Utility charges are included in the rental during July & August and are charged at 50 Euros per week from November to March and 35 Euros per week during April-June, September and October. Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Utility charges are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
