Comfortable château surrounded by 30 hectares of wooded grounds with its own private swimming pool and fishing lake located 2km from the small village of Aubigné-Racan in the Loir Valley 50km north of Tours and 40km south of Le Mans. The property contains some antique furniture and most bedrooms are ensuite. The enormous dining hall has a beamed ceiling and wall hangings and there is a separate billiard room. A tree lined drive leads up to the property which has garden furniture, BBQ and table tennis. There is a small stables on site and horseriding can be arranged for guests.
