Tastefully restored traditional Normandy character cottage located in peaceful surroundings near the rural hamlet of Canchy (175 inhabitants) just 9km from Isigny Sur Mer and the seaside, 23km from the historic town of Bayeux, 32km from Arromanches and the Landing Beaches and 53km from Caen. The cottage has its own extensive enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture and BBQ.

The first 56kw of electricity is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating, including water heating, will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.65 Euros per person per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating, water heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
