The larger of two comfortable country cottages located on a working farm just outside the small village of Hames-Boucres in the Calaisis region of the Pas de Calais just 5km from Calais and 6km from the seaside. The cottage shares enclosed grounds with swings, garden furniture and BBQ with the other gîte on site.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring sheets and pillow cases with them. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additiona consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros per cottage on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.70 Euros per person per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
