Charming half-timbered traditional detached cottage dating from the end of the 19th century surrounded by rolling countryside and located near the small village of Bonneville La Louvet (679 inhabitants) in the Pays d'Auge region of Calvados. The cottage is very tastefully decorated and is surrounded by extensive grounds of 8000 sq metres. Trouville sur Mer and the seaside is 23km away.

Electricity charges are included in the rental during July and August. During the rest of the year electricity charges and heating will be charged at cost - metres will be read at the end of the holiday. Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating, firewood and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
