17th century character cottage semi-detached with unoccupied outbuildings situated in the parkland of Fontaine-Henry Château a listed historic monument with superb Renaissance architecture. The cottage is very tastefully furnished and decorated and has its own private unfenced grounds with garden furniture. The cottage is only 6km from Corsuelles and the seaside, 16km from Caen, 19km from Arromanches and the landing beaches and 21km from Bayeux.

Utility charges are included in the rental during July & August. During the rest of the year the first 56kw of electricity is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating, including water heating, will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating, water heating, welcome food hamper and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
