Comfortable semi-detached character cottage dating from 1818 located on the outskirts of the rural hamlet of Hervieu 1.5 km from the small village of Audrieu (869 inhabitants) in the Bessin region of Calvados 4km from Tilly Sur Seulles, 8km from Bayeux, 15km from the coast, 18km from Arromanches and the Landing beaches and 22km from Caen. The cottage shares an enclosed shady garden with garden furniture and a swing.

Utility charges are included in the rental during July and August and are in addition to the rental during the rest of the year and are charged at 7 Euros per day. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
