Comfortable and attractive 18th century character cottage located on the outskirts of the bustling village of Lieurey and just 30km from Lisieux, 40km from Houlgate and the seaside, 60km from Houlgate and 74km from Caen. The cottage has its own enclosed garden of 400 sq metres with garden furniture and BBQ.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests will need to bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 305 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
