Interesting character cottage located in a restored water mill surrounded by 4 hectares of wooded parkland with small lake located just 2km from the small village of Meslan. The restored mill gears can be seen from the living room. The cottage has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. The cottage is only 32km from Moelan Sur Mer and the beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan and 58km from Carnac.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility charges are in addition to the rental. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 155 Euros on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire and utilities are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
