Detached single storey modern seaside cottage with sea views located in the rural hamlet of Ste Honorine Des Pertes (391 inhabitants) just 3km from Colleville Sur Mer and the seaside, 4km from Port En Bessin, 15km from the historic town of Bayeux, 15km from Arromanches and the Landing Beaches and 43km from Caen. The cottage has its own enclosed garden of 2000 sq metres with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ.

Utility charges and heating are in addition to the rental and are charged at 24 Euros per week during July and August, 40 Euros per week during April to June and September to November and 54 Euros per week during the rest of the year. Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
