CHARACTER FARM COTTAGE

Attractive character farm cottage located on the River Indrois in the heart of the countryside 3km from Chemillé-sur-Indrois, 14km east of Loches and 45km south east of Tours and the River Loire. The cottage has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ and guests may buy wool products from the owners.

Well Behaved Pets Welcome
Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 122 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
