Pretty detached cottage located just by the beach in Ver Sur Mer with a balcony giving access to the garden and a footpath leading directly to the beach only 20 metres away. The cottage is surrounded by enclosed grounds shared with another gîte with garden furniture and BBQ. Corsuelles is 3km and Bayeux 16km from Ver Sur Mer.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any any additional consumption and heating, including water heating, will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating, water heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

Please remember that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
