The villa is surrounded by its own extensive enclosed grounds of 2000 sq metres with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ. The beach is reached through a meadow beside the villa and can be glimpsed through the trees. Tha Landing Beaches are 12km, Port En Bessin is 22km, Bayeux is 30km and Caen is 60km from Grandcamp Maisy.

Utility charges are included in the rental during high and mid season and are charged at 50 Euros per week from November to April. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros and a small tourist tax of 0.65 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
