Attractively priced, single storey semi-detached cottage located in the countryside 500 metres from La Gravelle lake and one kilometre outside small village of Pannecé just 15km from Ancenis and the River Loire, 52km from Nantes and 64km from Angers. The cottage has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. The sun terrace gives direct access to the swimming pool which is shared with the owner and one other smaller cottage.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
