Semi-detached character cottage dating from 1750 located in the grounds of the Juaye Château 3km from the small village of Juaye Mondaye (616 inhabitants). The castle is situated in the Bessin region of Calvados 7km from Bayeux and only 20km from the seaside. There is a swimming lake and a forest just 7km away. The property is surrounded by the peaceful wooded parkland of the castle and has it own unfenced grounds and garden furniture.

Guests with need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating, including water heating, will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.65 Euros per person per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and water heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
