FIRST FLOOR VINEYARD COTTAGE

Comfortable first floor gîte located in the heart of the wine trail on the owners' vineyard in the village of Katzenthal in Alsace just 8km from Colmar, 19km from Munster and 76km from Stasbourg. The gîte has its own courtyard and balcony with garden furniture. The owners can arrange visits to their wine cellars and wine tasting.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Heating is in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
