Spacious and comfortable semi-detached seaside cottage located in the hamlet of Kerdrien in Morbihan on the southern coast of Brittany only 1km from a beautiful sandy beach. The property is adjacent to three other holiday cottages 2.5km from the village of Guidel. There is an extensive shared garden area of 5000 sq metres, a games room and a children's play area with swings.

N B Guests will need to bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 310 Euros on arrival and a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
