Five cottages located on the owner's dairy farm in the rural hamlet of Kergorz right on the Bay of Douarnenez only 500 metres from a beautiful sandy beach and 5km from Plomodiern. These four cottages are adjoined by one larger three bedroomed gîte. Three of the gîtes sleep four comfortably and the fourth gîte sleeps five.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Blankets and pillows are provided. Guests will need to brings towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will also require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
