ONE BEDROOM RURAL CHARACTER COTTAGE

Cosy 19th century timbered character cottage situated in the tiny rural hamlet of St Jouin (151 inhabitants) 2km from Dozulé and only 12km from the seaside in the Pays d'Auge region of Calvados. The cottage is located in exceptionally beautiful countryside and is surrounded by grounds which are shared with a nearby cottage.

Guests with need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating, including water heating, will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and water heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
