Beautifully restored character cottage located in a small hamlet 4km from the village of La Croix En Touraine in the valley of the River Cher and only 10km from Amboise and the River Loire, 25km from Tours and 46km from Blois. The cottage has its own enclosed extensive wooded garden with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ and swings.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
