Pretty little semi-detached cottage located next to the owner's home in beautiful countryside 3km from the small village of Lambesc, 20km from Aix En Provence, 45km east of St Rémy de Provence and just 50km from the coast. The cottage is surounded by extensive grounds with a shared 13x4.5 metre swimming pool, garden furniture, BBQ and children's play area and has its own sun terrace and enclosed veranda.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owners on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
