CHARACTER VILLAGE COTTAGE

Semi-detached cottage located beside a stream below the village of Francueil in the central Loire Valley. The cottage opens onto a spacious enclosed courtyard and garden with garden furniture, BBQ, children's play centre with swings and slide. Amboise and the River Loire is 18km, Tours 35km and Blois 44km from Francueil.

Well Behaved Pets Welcome
Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 122 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
