TWO BEDROOM COUNTRY COTTAGE NEAR THE COAST

The larger of two well-appointed and charming cottages located in the heart of the countryside on a very pretty farm in Lanvallay just 20km from St Malo and the beautiful sandy beaches of the Northern Brittany coast and 4km from Dinan. Each cottage has its own private terrace and lawned area with garden furniture and BBQ. There are donkeys and small animals on site for the children.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will also require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
