Beautifully restored 18th century character farm cottage located in the heart of the countryside just 2km from the village of Tresson, 38km east of Le Mans and 66km north of Tours and the River Loire. The cottage is surrounded by one hectare of enclosed grounds and three hectares of woodland and has its own sun terrace with garden furniture, BBQ, table tennis, play centre with swings, boules court and basket ball.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Utility charges and heating are in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire, utilities, heating, firewood and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
