TWO COMFORTABLE ADJOINING SEASIDE COTTAGES

Two comfortable adjoining back to back seaside cottages located next to the owner's farm just 2km from the beach in Le Clion Sur Mer and only 4km from Pornic. Each cottage has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ and additional shared grounds with swings. There are two other cottages on site.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating is charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros per gîte and a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day (about 10/15 pence) is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
