Spacious and comfortable traditional timbered character cottage located in peaceful surroundings on the outskirts of the village of Lieurey just 15km form the beautiful town of Pont Audemer on the River Risle, 30km from Honfleur and the seaside, 40km from the River Seine, 63km from Le Havre and 67km from Rouen The cottage has its own extensive grounds and enclosed garden with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ and sand pit.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
