STUDIO CHARACTER COTTAGE WITH POOL

The smaller of two traditional semi-detached timbered character cottages located in the rural village of Limeray just 3km from the River Loire, 8km from Amboise, 30k from Blois and 42km from Tours. The cottages are surrounded by one hectare of landscaped gardens with a fenced swimming pool shared with the owners, small fishing lake, garden furniture and BBQ.

Gas central heating is charged at 4/5 Euros per day according to season
Bed linen may be hired for 6 Euros per bed per week
End of stay cleaning can be arranged for 35 Euros
Sorry No Pets
Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
