The smaller off two semi-detached character cottage with lovely views over the surrounding countryside and woods located just outside the quiet village of Locquinghen Rety just 18km from Calais and Boulogne sur Mer and only 15km the beach. The cottage has its own garden with garden furniture, BBQ, swings and garage shares additional wooded parkland with the adjoining cottage.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 250 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.40 Euros per person per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, end of stay cleaning and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
