Two well recommended semi-detached gîtes converted from a renovated farm cottage located near the quiet hamlet of La Carlotterie only 8km from Montreuil-sur-Mer and Etaples and 9km from Le Touquet and the coast. Each cottage has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ and further shared grounds in front of the gîtes. The cottages are less than an hour's drive from Calais.

Bed linen can be hired from the owner at 6 Euros per bed per week
A full set of towels is available for 9 Euros
A table cloth, serviettes and dusters can be hired for 8 Euros

Wood can be bought from the owner for the fire for 35 Euros per stere

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels with them. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 152 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
