DETACHED THREE BEDROOM COTTAGE WITH POOL

Very comfortable detached farm cottage located near the fabulous citadel village of Brouage 2km from Marennes, 2km from St Just Luzac, 5km from the coast and 52km south of La Rochelle. There are three other cottages on site. The villa has its own private garden with garden furniture and BBQ and there is a shared heated 12x6 swimming pool and addtional well tended parkland with children's play area. Bed linen and towels can be hired and meals are available by arrangement with the owner.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility charges except for heating are included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 500 Euros and a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day is payable to the owner on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
