Spacious and comfortable single storey detached character farm cottage located on the owner's farm near the rural village of Marques just 24km from Neufchâtel En Bray, 42km from Criel Sur Mer, 45km from the beach, 50km from Amiens and 73km from Rouen. The cottage has its own private, extensive enclosed garden with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, swings, table tennis and badminton. There are also farm animals - sheep, horses and donkeys - on site for the children.

Utility charges are included in the rental. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 305 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, firewood and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

Please remember that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
