TRADITIONAL TOURGANELLE CHARACTER COTTAGE

Traditional semi-detached Tourganelle 19th century farm cottage (the property next door is the owner's second home and is seldom occupied) surrounded by vineyards and located just 1.5km from the village of Bourgueil in the north-west of the Chinon region of the Touraine about 15km east of Saumur, 15km north of Chinon and only 10km from La Chapelle Sur Loire and the River Loire itself. The cottage has it own fenced garden of 1000 sq metres with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ and children's play area with swings.

Guests may hire bed linen for 6 Euros per bed per week or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 122 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that inn France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
