Comfortable semi-detached farm cottage located next to the owner's home 3km from the centre of Abbéville, 25km from Le Crotoy and the seaside, 50km from Amiens and 113km from Calais. The cottage had its own enclosed courtyard and terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and shares a garden with 14x5 covered swimming pool and swings. The owners offer two Chambres d'Hôtes on site.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Utility charges are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 250 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
