The cottage has its own private terrace and garden with garden furniture and BBQ and there are extensive grounds of 4400 sq metres to which guests also have access. The small town of Chantonnay is 8km away and the county town of La Roche sur Yon is 32km away. The cottage is just 55km from the popular seaside resort of Les Sables d'Olonne and the beautiful sandy beaches of the Vendée coast.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility charges except for heating are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
