Beautifully appointed cottage located in the grounds of the Château de Mesnières in Mesnières En Bray near a forest and just 6km from Neufchatel-En-Bray and 28km from the coast. The cottage is surrounded by the parklands of the château and has its own enclosed garden. There is table tennis, basket ball and a pétanque court on site. There are also animals for the children and guests can also take advantage of a first class restaurant which is near the cottage.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 305 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
