Attractive semi-detached character cottage located on the edge of a forest in the tiny hamlet of Messanges 7km from Nuits-St-Georges between Dijon and Beaune in the historic Vignoble region of Burgundy. The cottage has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 60 cents per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating, firewood and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
