TWO BEDROOM SEASIDE CHARACTER COTTAGE WITH POOL

Very comfortable and tastefully furnished and decorated semi-detached character cottage located just outside Pleurtuit near the beaches of the beautiful Emerald Coast and just 2km from the banks of the River Rance, 2km from Dinard, 2km from the coast and 5km from the beach. The cottage has its own private sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and shares extensive grounds of three hectares with a 10x5 heated swimming pool, solarium and table tennis. There are three other gîtes on site.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owners will also require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.40 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
