Semi-detached XVIIIth century country cottage with its own enclosed garden of 250 square metres set on an estate of 2.5 hectares near the village of Mettray in the Langeais region of the Touraine just north of Tours. The property overlooks a small lake where fishing can be arranged.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen for 6 Euros per bed per week or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 122 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
