COMFORTABLE COUNTRY COTTAGE WITH SMALL LAKE, TENNIS COURT & PÉTANQUE COURT

Extremely comfortable and spacious semi-detached cottage dating from 1800 surrounded by countryside and located in the grounds of a château in the beautiful Bocage region of Calvados 4km from the small village of St Martin Des Besaces (998 inhabitants). The property has a patio and courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ shared with the adjoining cottage and there is a small lake in the grounds where fishing can be arranged. There is also a tennis court, swings and a pétanque court on site shared with two other gîtes.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Utility charges and heating will be charged at 21 Euros per week during July and August, 49 Euros per week during April, May June and September and 70 Euros per week during the rest of the year. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
