Semi-detached character cottage located next to the owners' home in peaceful countryside on the edge of the village of Orville. A river flows through the extensive wooded grounds surrounding the property. Dijon is 30km to the south and Langres 40km to the north of Orville.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Cental heating is charged at 5 Euros per day and firewood is charged at 15 Euros per stere. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire, heating, end of stay cleaning and firewood are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
