SPACIOUS 3 BEDROOM COUNTRY COTTAGE

Spacious semi-detached single storey stone built character cottage located in the heart of the countryside 3km from the the village of Saint Igny De Vers in the Upper Beaujolais region of southern Burgundy 48km south west of Mâcon and 84km north west of Lyon. The cottage is surrounded by extensive wooded parkland with a river flowing through the grounds and garden furniture and BBQ. The owners offer three Chambres d'Hôtes on site.

During June,July, August and September utility charges are included in the rental. During the rest of the year utility charges are in addition to the rental and central heating is charged at 30 Euros per week. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
