Superbly situated second floor studio apartment located in the centre of La Rochelle. The apartment has a private balcony with sea views including the islands of Oléron, Ré and Aix, is very tastefully furnished and has private parking facilities.

Open plan lounge with double bed and wardrobe, round dining table with two chairs, colour TV and desk
Kitchenette with radiant hob, microwave, small fridge and coffee maker
Veranda with round table, two chairs and two sun loungers

Bed linen and towels may be hired for 18 Euros per week or guests may bring their own sheets and pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. End of stay cleaning may also be arranged with the owner for an additional charge. Both apartments are equipped to the highest standard and the owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 230 Euros on arrival.

PLEASE REMEMBER In France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the apartment clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
